My story may resonate with yours

I know, from personal experience, the struggles and worries you may be going through during hormone imbalance. The changes in sleep patterns, fluctuations in anxiety levels, and weight gain despite diligent efforts to reverse it, is frustrating.

I struggled to lose weight and followed diet trends and different forms of exercise, but nothing worked. This led to frustration and an increase in anxiety levels adding to sleep deprivation. I needed to learn to overcome these midlife transition changes to gain back my vitality. It was during the holistic nutritionist course I learned the powerful role of nutrition, this helped change my lifestyle, and along with restorative movement, I was able to balance hormones.
