Rachael is amazing and consistently makes beautiful and delicious food. She has found creative, high-protein, scrumptious ways to accommodate my vegetarianism. She draws influence from American, Mexican, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Baking is her specialty. She excels at various types of brownies, cookies, gingerbread, pizzas, and even doughnuts. There is nothing like a fresh loaf of homemade bread still warm from the oven. Her gentle attitude and sense of humor will, I’m sure, make her an excellent teacher
Rachael is a genius in the kitchen. From relaxed dinners to special dinner parties to cookies and snacks, everything she makes is delicious. She’s constantly innovating and coming up with new recipes, she really has a passion for her job
Rachael’s cooking took me back to when I was a kid and couldn’t wait for my Mama’s cooking. Hanging around the kitchen like some pack of vultures waiting on scraps and trying to gin favor over the rest. Same goes for Rachael’s cooking. She cooks for family. She makes sure to consider everybody’s tastes and preferences. The food Rachael makes always has variety. From frying, baking, and more complex meals like Thanksgiving turkey.

Informally, they would send people to our house to learn from Rachael, and we decided to extend that opportunity to all of you.
